The Asphalt Institute EPIC Leadership Development Program is designed to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the asphalt industry while fostering connections among participants from diverse backgrounds, helping to ensure a sustainable base of future leaders for the Asphalt Institute and the broader industry.
And NOW the EPIC classes face a new challenge with the EPIC Lip Sync Battle! Each EPIC class has been tasked with raising money for the Kirk Scholarship Fund Challenge and to see who will take the LIP SYNC BATTLE stage at the 2026 Asphalt Institute Spring Meeting! The competition is fierce, but it’s all for a great cause, empowering the next generation of asphalt industry leaders and beginning September 22nd until Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, every gift you make will DOUBLE!
